Archibald Holland drew in the 1821 Georgia Land Lottery 202 1/2 acres of land in the 14th District of Henry County (later Fulton County). This land went as far South as Fulton Street, Northside Drive was on the North and West.

Archibald built a house about 1822 on Georgia Avenue at the intersection of Trinity Avenue. This house shows up in the Atlanta Constitution about 1920, still standing, and known to be the oldest house.
