Darkness in the Sky
This morning I awoke to another dismal mist drifting across the skies. How much longer, I thought, would the world be cloaked in a swirling pool of ill despair? Once again, America, you have a mass murderer of children on your hands, this time in Texas. And once again, the bumpy sounds of blame and denial reverberate in our ears. For those who blame guns or weapons, I clutch you briskly by the collar and ask “What about the person?” Since when are we not answerable to a supreme being, or responsible for our own actions?
